Payments and Cancellations

I have read the schedule of fees and services, and agree to pay all fees and costs of service, together with applicable taxes prior to the release of my pet(s) to my custody by the Operator. I acknowledge that such fees and costs may change from time to time and that I shall pay all the sums set forth on the current schedule. I agree that in the case my pet(s) require medication, special diet, or other necessities during their stay that the Operator must procure, I will incur a $1 per kilometer round trip charge as well as the cost of any items purchased and applicable fees. I understand that if my pet’s lodging contract extends for a term equal to or greater than fifteen (15) nights, the Operator requires a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the anticipated boarding fees at check-in.

I understand that the Operator requires advance notice of cancellations as follows:

a. Daycamp Enrichment Program (dog daycare) requires 24 hours before your pet(s) is scheduled to attend to avoid being charged for the day as though they were present. This allows the Operator the opportunity to offer the spot to another pet on our waitlist who would like to come and play.

b. Cancellations for lodging for dogs and cats (overnight boarding) within 7 days prior to reservation drop off day will be charged 1 nightly rate of the reservation per pet.

c. I agree to pay a one night deposit per pet for each reservation landing over statutory holidays, that is non-refundable if I do not cancel in accordance with this cancellation policy.

The Operator reserves the right to cancel any already scheduled statutory holiday reservation that I have failed to pre-pay the deposit by cash, cheque, credit card processing over the phone, or email money transfer to wapb@sasktel.net. I understand that if no advance notice is given, for any cancellation, the Operator reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation. I also understand that after 12 months without using or reserving any deposit on file, I hereby forfeit said deposit. I understand that deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, but with proper notice listed above, my deposit would be transferable to a future booking.
